Cary was easy to work with and dealt with a lot of issues due to the situation (estate/probate). He was very helpful, especially since I was not in the area. He had a knowledge and history with the property and I learned a lot from him due to that. Selling land is a lot more difficult than a house and he has experience doing this. I have no complaints at all.

Judy is a doll! She has been a huge help buying our new home, as well as my last one. She made a very frustrating experience go as smooth as possible. We love you Judy : )

Judy was an absolute delight to work with. Over the course of almost a year, she was always easy to reach and was able to answer my questions. She's an excellent listener and is incredibly knowledgeable regarding a wide range of real estate issues that are unique to Mariposa.

This was my first property sale and I had a lot to learn. Judy was a patient teacher. On top of that, I had to offer seller financing because of a lending restriction on my property (twice moved mobile home rule). So, I also had to learn all about being a personal bank for potential buyers and Judy was again knowledgeable and helpful. She had much better advice than the attorney I hired to help me with the financing piece. Judy is efficient but she was also generous with her time throughout the process as one issue after another came up, including property maintenance issues. Because I was not local, Judy also helped me manage my vacant property. It was a lot to take on but she never, ever seemed frustrated with the tasks.

Judy worked with me to market the home on the MLS effectively and referred me to a good photographer. The sale took an inordinate length of time due to factors beyond our control and Judy never waivered in her willingness to show and ensure the property was maintained in good condition.
